A. Guests/Clients

1. Please refrain from using foul language while you’re in any of Cafe Xocolat’s Website. We are all professionals here, so let’s practice it.

2. Comments in albums and the guestbook are subject to Cafe Xocolat’s review and approval.
Any message that has vulgar/inappropriate content will be removed/deleted. This is not limited to verbal abuse and petty comments.

3. Complaints are welcome but please send it as a private message.

4. Please don’t be shy/afraid to inquire regarding your questions. It is free to ask! 😀

B. Before Ordering

1. Please review the item/s that you want to order.

2. Be 100% sure to accept Cafe Xocolat’s Terms & Conditions regarding Orders and Returns.

3. We do not accept returns. This means ordered item/s, received item/s cannot be returned and will not be accepted.

4. Please be responsible enough as an online client.

C. Placing Orders/Reservations

1. Please provide full and correct information on the order form. Any mispellings, wrong information or typos are the client’s responsibilities.
Therefore, Cafe Xocolat will not be held responsible for undelivered item/s.

2. Once the order form has been submitted, the item/s listed in that particular order form is considered sold and is not refundable/exchangeable nor qualified
to be returned.

3. Reserved items are given 3 days grace period. This 3 days grace period includes cancellation of order in case you have changed your mind. After 3 days and the
reserved item/s are not cancelled, it will be considered sold and is final. After 3 days upon confirmation of reservation or after the grace period of unconfirmed
orders, the client is expected to pay within another 3 days grace period again. This is now termed as 3 days payment period. The client is expected to pay
within this given time frame. If the client fails to do so, this will mark him/her as Bogus.

4. If a client reserves an item, he/she has 3 days grace period to cancel it. After which, the item/s
is/are considered sold under the reserver’s name and is subject to payment.
In cases when reserved items are not paid within 3 days, the reserver will automatically be tagged as Bogus.

5. Reserved on-hand item/s are given 3 days grace period for cancellation. After which, reserved item is considered sold. If item/s is/are not paid within 3 days,
buyer will be marked as Bogus.

D. Returns/Refunds

1. No Return, No Exchange.

2. Refunds will only be given in cases where item/s is/are out of stock.

3. There is strictly no exchange. We will deliver goods that are in good condition and we see to it upon receiving items from suppliers that the products are
intact and flawless most especially brnad new items.

4. Please expect flaws in 2nd-hand or pre-owned items. I hope this is self-explanatory. We will provide as much as
possible, pictures for our clients most especially on pre-owned/2nd hand goods.

E. Bogus Buyers/Joy Reservers

1. You will only be marked as Bogus if you didn’t follow our Terms & Conditions regarding placement of orders,
payments and reservations. Please see section C for more information regarding this matter.
